So what does a person like me write about, when you haven't heard from them in a while.
Well, changes, instead of the routine.
Here's some stuff that happened.
-I got a part in Mame. (How cool is that, and I can't dance. I'm like a frigging short flamingo.)
-I got a job at Cold Stone Creamery. (How cool is that, and I can sing songs loudly when tipped.)
-I've lead worship in adult service (very cool. I hope this happens again, or multiple agains.)
Hm... not a whole lot of other big changes. In more recent history, I have been teaching leadership, which is pretty stinking cool. We had staff night off Saturday, and we were told we could go to LaNoChe and given a curfew, and then that we couldn't go to Wal-Mart. Boo. La No Che was boring, so we travelled the road home to LaNoChe, stopping at every gas station and small store on the way that carried food products, looking for grape ade and taking pictures. Hopefully I will get some more pictures next time, the ones we took didn't come out so good. Also, I taught Kyle how to drive a little bit on the backroads. It was scary, but we all had fun.
The course itself also went well.
Sometimes, you don't know how much you are going to miss something until that something is gone. And that's bad. Valuing the people in your life is far more important than most anything else. Sometimes even the smallest voices carry much weight, they speak volumes without words. Be careful with what you say and do, because the person you are speaking to might not be the exact person you think. The feelings of another person are far more important than making a "good joke."
And that's coming from me, who makes a lot of jokes at other people's expense. And who probably talks too much. We all have different reasons for respecting different people, I guess.
And now for sleep.
