Earnestly Irish

Yesterday I went to Downtown Disney with Stepheny so that we could upgrade our one-night ticket to Pleasure Island that we bought several weeks ago. Now we both have annual passes for only $30 more so we will hopefully get some good use out of these passes like we did in years past. Plus, we can get friends in for free on Fridays, which is an added perk.

Afterwards, we went to Raglan Road for lunch, which is an Irish restaurant also at Downtown Disney. It opened up a few years ago, but I'd never been there so I was interested in giving it a try. The food there was absolutely delicious and we both walked out of there overly stuffed and happily satiated. We got some fried sausages for appetizers, and then I had Fish and Chips while she had some lobstertail sandwich. For dessert we decided to splurge on some heavenly bread & butter pudding which was to die for! And remarkably enough, the food there was very reasonably priced for such a fancy presentation and delicious taste.

This afternoon I went with Craig to see the production of The Importance of Being Earnest at Rollins College. I love the movie, so I was eager to see the stage production. It was just as good if not better from the movie, and the audience laughed the whole time at all the comedic relief. The play is genius and I love it. The actors were perfectly suited for their roles and they did a remarkable job. I walked away smiling from a wonderful experience.

And now I'm trying to finish up on my final presentation that I have to give tomorrow morning. I'm taking a brief break from the drudgery to write this because I can only take so much torture at a time. I'm going to be up for at least several more hours, so I'm not going to see much sleep tonight unfortunately. At least I'll have a huge burden lifted after tomorrow morning since I don't have anymore large projects left to do for this rotation.

Well, I should probably get back to reading up on some clinical trials. Woohoo... :-/
