I have to now attend a "seatbelt class" in order to remove my citation. Um...WHAT THE FUCK can i learn from a seatbelt class that i don't already know. It's a waste of my precious and valuable time. All he needed to say was, "you need to wear the seatbelt OVER your shoulder" THATS IT! I don't need to take a motherfuckin class to get that through my head.
