Notes: I'm going to try to write this app without being too hammy about it. I... I can't help it. It's G Gundam after all!
Also, for the love of God Gundam, we're using the Japanese terms/names such as Spiegel (over Shadow) God (over Burning) Devil/Death (over Dark) and Tequila (over Spike)

Background: http://gundam.wikia.com/wiki/Schwarz_Bruder
http://gundam.wikia.com/wiki/Kyoji_Kasshu (to an extent)

Personality: Schwarz, even at a glance, is a walking contradiction (to a degree), albeit, he provides a point when asked. He is a master of German Ninjutsu, but many state they haven't heard of such a thing; to which he replies that they've clearly done their job of being a ninja well. However much the state of being a "German Ninja" convolutes things; Schwarz himself only complicates it a degree further.

Schwarz isn't German, nor does he even express any sort of German habits, stereotypes, or speech patterns. Only his name, and the colors of his mask say anything toward his German origin. Being Neo-Germany's fighter is only a role he plays to keep a tight eye on Domon, the Gundam Fight, and the Devil Gundam; and it's a role he plays well. Though he doesn't fight for national pride or respect, he's certainly not going to sit by and lose on account of his true origins.

Schwarz is vaguely reminiscent of Kyoji, Domon's brother, though they share the same face, Schwarz is quite independent of Kyoji. He doesn't exactly have family ties to Domon, so when given his task to look after the younger Kasshu, he's free to do it in his own way. Schwarz tends to scold and be condescending towards Domon, and when given the right chance, introduce his not!brother to his fist (because what older brother doesn't pick on the younger). In a way, it's still a rather brotherly love toward Domon, without the blood connection. Everything he does for Domon, from a left hook to the face to striking at him with his Gundam's blades, it's all for the betterment of the younger Kasshu so that he might truly come to understand his true potential and take down the Devil Gundam.

Though Schwarz's primary directive is "babysit Domon", that doesn't exclude him from helping others. His methods are a bit... odd to say the least. Most notably, Schwarz won't always appear as himself, rather in disguise. This isn't just to abuse his ninja powers of disguise, but to also teach people something that may have long been forgotten: the wisdom of strangers is just as invaluable as the wisdom from books. His forte in education seems to be ith fighting and mental blocks hindering fighting prowress.

Beyond this little helping gimmick of his, Schwarz has little business around others besides Domon. He won't actively seek out company or companionship. But this doesn't put him against including himself in group activities, should he happen to find himself in proximity. He's not anti-social, just not actively social. Being both ninja and machine, there's little need for him to do things that would place him in a public situation.

Whenever asked about never doing the things regular people do, his typical response is : "Then I've done my job well." referring to his sneaky ninja status and skills. Most of Schwarz's free time is spent looking to be in a state of meditation, easily mistaken for sleep at times.

Capabilities and Resources: Schwarz is a miserable little pile of DG Cells. But enough talk... GUNDAM FIGHT!
But in depth, Schwarz is a master of German Ninjutsu... And whatever it honestly constitutes, it seems to be be equal or rival Japanese ninjutsu (excluding all the crazy hand seals, fire spitting, inner demons and somesuch). Basically, he's a master of martial arts, disguise, deception, infiltration, and escape. Couple this with the fact that his body is entirely composed of low-activity Devil Gundam cells, and you have a man. A powerful man. One who can bend a few laws of nature, and make up a few of his own.
In short: teleportation, invisibility, limited physical regeneration, master of disguise, Master Asia level martial arts and high durability.

(*REQUIRED* if you have a robot)
Robot Name: GF13-021N Gundam Speigel
Robot Description: There's little telling what Gundam Speigel could do before it was taken in by Kyoji's final conscious efforts; as it got wrecked within seconds of encountering the Devil Gundam. At the very least ,we can cover it's fixed armaments. Two heavy tonfa-like blades, Spiegel Blades, are mounted on it's forearms. Depending on necessity, they can be used as is, or flipped forward for combat. Outward, they're specialized in slashing and piercing attacks, and set up for Spiegel's strongest technique: Sturm Und Drung; a high velocity spinning technique that can range from simply rotating the Gundam itself, or causing a massive whirlwind hundreds of meters taller than the machine. Retracted, they're best for defence here, as well as leaving the hands free for grappling, blunt force, or throwing an innumerable amount of mesergranz knives. Mounted in the wrists are the cartridges for the Iron Net, a heavy net deployed akin to Spiderman. The net can be kept connected to the wrists for drawing enemies in, or released to pin down foes from a distance.

Recovered by, and used by a man of DG cells, it has a slight advantage of self regeneration. It nary needs reloading of it's weapons, but, it does take time for them to be recreated. It also has a very, very slow self-regeneration rate. If left alone for a good deal of time, it will gradually recover on it's own, but this wouldn't kick in anywhere near battle time.

The secrets of German engineering (??) have also allowed Gundam Spiegel to convey it's pilot's ninja techniques! Techniques such as kawarimi (replacement) and bunshin (clones) are fully within it's grasp, and are used regularly; albiet without explination of HOW it is capable of doing this. Gundam Spiegel is also capable of being fully stealth so long as it doesn't move; allowing it to hide in broad daylight, at hign noon, and nary a shadow nearby. Ideally, high-power sensors will be able to pick this up, as well as the very well trained eye.

Like most G-Fighters, Gundam Speigel is powered by the Mobile Trace system located in the cockpit. Any movement the pilot makes; the Gundam replicates. But this also applies in reverse; if the Gundam cannot move, the Trace System renders that much immobility to the pilot. Spiegel also functions on the Core Lander system; a small hovercraft that inserts the pilot seat into the back of the Gundam. serving as a single-seat transport when the Gundam is not in use, or escape pod; but when have we ever known a G-Fighter to REALLY escape using this?
Terrain Stats:
Land: S (it's a GD'ed ninja robot, it gets this bonus!)
Air: B
Sea: B
Space: A

Upgrades: Gundam Spiegel (DG)
For a limited time, between the discovery of him being made of DG Cells, and the destruction of the Devil Gundam, he has no need to hide the DG cells in him or the Gundam, so simply a very noticeable recovery rate, even in battle. Easily rendered moot, of course.

Job: Gundam Fighter, surrogate mentor, bro.

Suggested Event List:

Event: Chibodee comes aboard the White Chalice thanks to hook ups from Michael Wilson.

Event: Allenby comes aboard the White Chalice, because Neo-Sweden wants to test their Gundam. Dan is excite to host a Gundam Figther, officially!

Mission 01: The Gundam That Fell To Earth
Domon Kasshu and his Shining Gundam land on (or in proximity?) to the White Chalice. But also nearby is another Gundam Fighter; Michelo Chariot from Neo-Italy! Michelo is a douche, and Domon has to lay down the smack for the pride and doing shit right during the Gundam Fight Tournament.
At this point, Domo will probably hang out on the Chalice and grill everyone about Kyoji's whereabouts.

Mission 02: Beat the Dragon Gundam
Sai Saici, Neo-China's G Fighter busts in outta damn nowhere to challenge Domo. Domon must beat the boy and knock some bro-sense into him! Really, that's all!
After this Sai can hang out aboard the Chalice

Mission 03: Great Escape! A Captive Gundam Fighter!
Argo, Neo-Russia's G Fighter is probably working alongside the Siberian Railway. Shenanigans go down and likely Domon and Gainer are taken in. This was discussed with TK and it's mostly all on him.
Afterward; Argo get!

Mission 04: Powerful Enemy! Chapman's Heroic Challenge!
George, Neo-France's fighter is having a terribly difficult time with his fight against Neo-England's Gentle Chapman. Hiding in "London's legendary fogs", Chapman has been winning despite his age and inability to compete properly. Domo lends a hand to the battle, which reveals dummies are being used and controlled by his wifey. Fighting ensues.
After this, George hops aboard the White Chalice to repay a debt to Domo, or some reasin akin to this.

Misc Events before/between: Any of the Fighters can randomly leave the ship to fight against any of the other countries as off-screen 1v1, or just for lolz, have said fighter drop in on a mission.
Master Asia should make an appearance on his own in the Kwaloon Gundam to help Domo out of a pinch.
Schwarz has been lurking around the White Chalice in great disguse, but in addition, drops in on missions as well, likely when Domon is (or isn't) present on said mission
Sometime before the next actual mission, Argo, George, Sai, and Chibodee head off ship and don't return

Mission 05: Big Trouble! Domon vs the Big 5!
Entire team is DG zombies! Behead as necessary.
Bold, Dragon, Rose, and Maxter Gundams all attack Domon/the White Chalice with the aid of a 5th mystery Gundam, Master Gundam. As we learn that the four Fighters are infected with DG cells, Master Asia reveals he's in cahoots with the Devil Gundam! Cue Schwarz to help Domo-bro out, but also the other members of the previous Shuffle Domei! Using their Crests, they cure Argo, George, Sai, and Chibodee from their infection and pass their crests on! Fighting ensues.

From here, we (may) have an arc, or a route split for the Guihanna Highlands, in which the G Fighters will train, and make with the awesome. All of which leads up to...

Mission 06: Destined Battle! Domon vs Devil Gundam!
Everyone's intense training ends, or, is forced to end when the Devil Gundam and it's corps start wreaking havoc. A struggle to not be overrun ensues as everyone fends off DG Corps just to get back to the ship, or even get the ship out of danger. But all this boils down to a showdown with Domon and the Devil Gundam, and from there, a straight beatdown with Master Asia. Neo-Japan drops a capsule with God Gundam somewhere for mid-mission ungraydez.

After this, the Gundam Fight Finals go down. These SHOULD be in one static location, New Hong Kong, but like F* that will happen, but we'll make it work somehow. Among possible lesser events (possibly missions but don't need full elaboration or episodic titles) are:
Michelo and Chapman return (WTF-desuka!?)
Domon vs Allenby (Berserk)
Chibodee vs Jester Gundam
Lots of bragging about Domo winning the Tournament.
Shuffle Domei gets Hyper Modes
Domon vs Kyral
Domon vs Schwarz (cuz Rain is being a whiner, and Domo need to learn a lesson about lurve)
Off-or-on screen fights with some of the more douche-bag, lesser, G Fighters (Zeus, Tauros, Viking, Lumber, Mermaid, Nether, Zebra, Cobra)
Domon vs Master vs Gundam Head, so Domon can learn Sekiha Tenkyoken
Schwarz gets beat to hell, and his identity is revealed to almost everyone (Domon being the unlucky SOB who misses it but has suspicions)

Before the next mission, Allenby gets knocked out/kidnapped in another mission, or generally off screen while at the Finals

Mission 07: Battle Royal Begins! Devil Gundam Revived
All the Gundam Fighters (potentially excluding Schwarz and Allenby) qualify for the final battle royale on Lantau Island. The island is shut off from outside interference while the other Gundams beat upon each other. During Which, Grand Gundam (piloted by a returning Chapman) and Gundam Heaven's Sword (piloted by Michelo) are wreaking the most havoc. G Fighters pair off while Domon heads off to fight against Master Asia directly
Allenby (in the acid-induced design of Walter Gundam) attacks Domo and cuts him off, but Schwarz (possibly Rain if available) takes care of her while Domo moves on.
Of course, fighting ensues until Grand, Walter, and Heaven's Sword.
Pile this on with the MFing Devil Gundam interrupting Domon's fight. Schwarz makes a sacrifice to kill Kyoji within the Devil Gundam
Cue dramatic speech about who Schwarz really is, and Domon's dramatic kill of Kyoji! Schwarz barely makes it through, but will be out for who knows how long. Pretty much ALL the Fighters sans Domon are heavily damaged.
If we're awesome enough, we might recruit Master at this point too! Woo! (here's hoping)

At this point, since Schwarz's identity is fully known, he can have Gundam Spiegel (DG) for a little while. Oh boy DG recovery!

Mission 08: Burning Gundam's Great Triumph! A Hopeful Future; Ready! GOOOO!
Neo-Japan officials are made of dicks, and now that Domon has won! They kidnap Rain (PC or no) and ship her off to the colony, where apparently the Devil Gundam has taken up residence (AGAIN?). If we care enough, we can toss Hong Wonfat in the Walter Gundam to get in Domon's way as he speeds off to go save his woman.
Rain is dropped into the Devil Gundam's core as the missing ingredient, and shit goes crazy. Devil Gundam is ALL OVER everything, and the whole world has to rally together just so there's an Earth left to fight over afterward! There's a massive space battle with DG Tentacles, and an infected Statue of Liberty canon! But this is only half the battle, as the Shuffle Domei must get INSIDE to save Rain and stop the core. For the worst part, within is the Grand Master Gundam (which is some Lovecraftian amalgamation of Grand, Heaven's Sword, Walter, and Master Gundam!) After struggling to whoop that thing, Domon has to head in further to confront the Devil Gundam with Rain in the core.
Allenby makes some lovey dovey speech to Domon that he needs to confess his feelings; which saves the day. Rabu Rabu Tenkyokens for everyone!
