alllright allright. i'm updating.
my papa is HERE. so exciting. we went shopping tonight and got TONS of stuff for my apartment. diiish towels, microwave/grilling machine, glasses, bowls, PICTURE FRAMES for my Van Gogh poster and collage that miss erin d. agenjo made me, vanilla candles, orraaaange lemonade and sooo many more things. just plain awesome!
amsterdam summed up: AMAZING, INCREDIBLE, FABULOUS.
A trip there should be required, seriously.
Anne Frank, your secret annex/diary almost made me cry, and that's hard to do.
Van Gogh museum, rembrandt museum, a bunch of monet, cesanne, and picasso paintings. beeaautiful!
My dad denting a taxi cab after punching it because the guy almost hit me. So much for anger management.
Marijuana being completely legal, and the cute boy from philadelphia that offered my dad weed in exchange for the free map our hotel gave us.
Red light district? Umm, you basically feel like you've caught all these people naked in their windows, but instead they really mean to be there.
WONDERFUL hotel with a bunch of wooonderful ammenities.
everything was just plain awesome, and i will be back there in oohh like TWO weeks when my mom and sister come!!! soooo exciting!
thanksgiving. deeelightful. everything couldn't have gone better. wine goes well with ta ta turkey too.
Havana's question of the day: "Dave, how long will it take for the turkey to wake up in there(oven)?"
the kids said so many priceless things, i wish i would have written them down.
dad leaves monday. buuuummmer times ten million. allie and mama dearest will be coming soon after, but to think that i probably wont see him until july is just weird.
cologne dom cathedral + christmas markets + elephant keychain + gluhwein = one majorly goooood day friday!
