OK recent happening and future happenings.
So I got my first paycheck, I'm doing the same job as I did at rite aid and damn I'm making lots more money due to one thing, no income tax in Florida. They get almost all of their tax money from property tax and that makes it another reason why its wonderful down here.
Me and my roomies went to Sarasota on my day off and saw the Bodies exhibit Friday. It was really cool. If you haven't heard about it it is a group of cadavers dissected and put on display to show all of the different body parts and how they are arranged. It was so much fun and if you have a change rachel tells me they have it up in cinci right now, so go see some neat stuff.
So they finally decided to start training me for photo next week, but only one day, and I found out the pay raise I get for working photo only happens on the days I'm in photo and since it looks like one day a week right now it doesn't seem worth staying with the company. I got a resume made and I will be putting it into a headhunter soon (depending on the next week and what I find out about the end of march).
I'm going to get a grey hound ticket for a couple of days before tom and johanna's anniversary and come back a couple of days after. Their anniversary is on the 22nd of march (I think I will have to double check.) This will give them some alone time (tom was talking about having sex in every room of the apartment, which I said will be fine as long as he washes my sheets after) and me time to see rachel and some of my friends. I haven't decided if I'm going to crash at peoples apartments or rent a hotel room, but I figure that can be decided when I get there. I'm going to put in my time off request and if I can't get it I'm going to go ahead and quit and put my resume in with the headhunter, or if I do get the time off put it in after I get back and continue to work until I get a better offer. I have payed my next two months rent and should have enough money left for the trip without any complications.
