Personality: For a little girl, Cocona has a big heart, and the maturity of someone older than her. A spunky eleven year-old who lost her parents in an IPD outbreak two years ago, Cocona is Croix's adopted little sister figure, as well as something of a teammate, who knows more about him than anyone else. For the most part, she tends to be cheerful and energetic, seeing Croix as effectively an older brother, though she also admits once to Chroche that she sees him as more than such, tagging along with him on missions as a 'Satellite Girl', or knight support, and living together with him in their little house in Pastalia. She hates being treated as a baby by others, wanting to be seen on an equal level to the adults, and once wanted to join the Grand Bell Knights, training herself in combat until she finally was admitted. Cocona is strong-willed and stubborn, but also tough and skilled, given that she's as capable as someone twice her age.
Admittedly, for all of Cocona's cheerfulness, she has her doubts and insecurities on the inside. Caught up in the middle of a sudden conflict on the quest to bring Metafalica to reality, it's revealed that Cocona is an IPD Reyvateil, a type of Reyvateil prone to a 'disease' that cases them to attack uncontrollably with Song Magic. As IPDs are also a type of Reyvateil that people largely dislike and fear, those that have outbreaks are sent to the labs, as Cocona finds herself sent to, though Croix later rescues her. However, because of this incident, and the things she learned in the labs, Cocona starts to inwardly question herself and her life, to the point where, when a risky Dive into Cocona's Cosmosphere is needed both to stop "Hibernation" and to save Cocona, Cocona remarks that it's alright if she dies, so as long as it's Croix that kills her. After the "her" in her Cosmosphere expresses those doubts to Croix, though, and after he convinces Cocona to keep on living, she expresses her thanks, and later wakes up unharmed when Chroche awakens the IPDs affected by Hibernation with "Implanta".
Cocona is a big fan of cute things, especially Gergo, a popular mascot character that even the Holy Maiden likes, and has a large collection of Gergo merchandise. She's more than well aware of the difference between Gergo and Geugo, the lesser popular knockoff, and won't accept anything that isn't "genuine Gergo". To this extent, it's embarrassing to her if someone she knows doesn't know the difference, such as the time Croix took Cocona to the Fancy Shop to make up for accidentally using her limited edition Gergorilla toothbrush. Because of her love of Gergo, Cocona becomes friends with Chroche fairly easily over their mutual love of Gergo and Gergo products.
It should also be noted that Cocona highly admires Chroche (or that she's a "big fan" of her) due to the same events two tears ago that led to Cocona meeting Croix. Witnessing Chroche holding a baby she was unable to save, despite how dirty her dress must have gotten, Cocona had a lot of respect for the Holy Maiden, after watching her cry.
Of course, outside of her respect for Chroche, Cocona isn't afraid to speak her mind, for the most part. She has a habit of using the word "boo" as a descriptive adjective applying towards both people and objects, things she doesn't necessarily agree with in general. Cocona also uses the word "boo" as a means of expressing her displeasure with something- the more times she uses "boo" in a sentence, the more annoyed she is, usually.
The most important person to Cocona is Croix, or "Cro", as she calls him, and because of this, she's fairly protective of her 'brother', and is as close to him as if they were really blood-related. Although she admits to liking him as more than family, she's also willing to admit and accept that he'll only ever see her as a little sister, and, in Chroche's route, accepts that the Holy Maiden has feelings for him, as well. Still, Cocona has no trouble accepting just being family to Croix, having him take her shopping occasionally.
Strengths/Weaknesses:
+ Cheerful and energetic, with lots of youthful energy

+ Strong. After all, in order to join Croix, she had to train herself hard to be able to fight.

First Person Sample: [There's a tapping noise at first- Cocona's tapping on her Pokègear. Behind her, a Swablu hovers over her shoulder.]
What a weird looking Telemo- how does this one even work? Wait, it does videos, too? [Well color her impressed.]
So what was that all about anyway? Getting shoved out the door, and being locked out- what a boo lady! Boo! It's all just so boo, thinking about it. She didn't even answer any of my questions.
[There's a chirp of "Swablu!" in agreement from behind Cocona. Swablu.... agrees?]
More importantly, I'm looking for some people. Has anyone seen two.... Maidens named Luca and Chroche? Or...! Has anyone seen a guy named Croix? It's really boo of them to leave me here on my own like that!
Third Person Sample: Today apparently was not going to be a productive day for fishing, it seemed.
Maybe it was the rod- it was starting to get rather worn, when she thought about it. Or maybe it was the time of the day- some Pokémon could only be caught during the night or during the day, right? Either way, Cocona wasn't having much luck with catching anything but Magikarp, and, well, she was pretty sure that one Magikarp was enough for her. Still, as time wore on, and Cocona's boredom grew, she started to wonder what an entire team full of Magikarp would be like.
And that point, right there, it was a sign that she needed a break. Setting her rod down, Cocona stretched her aching arms, letting out a defeated sigh. Next to her, Soope, her Swablu, gave a sympathetic chirp.
"What a boo day to go fishing," Cocona lamented, a sour look on her face, "All Magikarp and nothing good... it's just so boo!"
... But she wasn't ready to give up just yet, despite the odds stacked against her. It was probably just her stubborn tendencies kicking in, but Cocona was determined to stick it out until the end, or at least until her rod finally broke, anyway. Either way, while she hoped it wouldn't take all day and all night, Cocona had made up her mind to give it another try. Stretching once more, she picked back up her fishing rod, casting it out into the waters again.
"Alright, this time, we'll definitely catch something, Soope!" Cocona declared, grinning, "And it won't be a boo Magikarp, either."
After what seemed like an eternity, Cocona felt a strong tug at the line. This was definitely it, this was definitely what she had been waiting for...! Sitting up straight, Cocona began to reel it in. The battle was definitely on!
