v = Planet Velocity and r = Planet Diameter
I= Planet Orbital Inclination
s= Planet Rotation Periods Number In Its Orbital Period
v2, s, r and I are belonged to one planet and v1 is belonged to another planet
The planet (v1) is defined by test the minimum error
Earth Equation uses Neptune velocity
Mars Equation uses Pluto velocity
Jupiter Equation uses the Earth moon velocity
Saturn Equation uses Mars velocity
Uranus Equation uses Neptune velocity (As Earth)
Neptune Equation uses Saturn velocity
Pluto Equation uses the Earth moon velocity (As Jupiter)
Example Neptune Equation (89143 /49528) = 9.7/ 5.4 =1.8
89143 = Neptune rotation periods number in Neptune orbital period
9.7 km/s = Saturn velocity and 5.4 km/s = Neptune velocity
49528 km = Neptune diameter
1.8 degrees = Neptune Orbital Inclination
59800 days = Neptune orbital period (and Neptune rotation period =16.1 hours)

My planet diameter equation tells planet diameter is created depending on its velocity- means- Neptune diameter is 49528 km because Neptune velocity is 5.4 km/s
We have studied the matter creation and how can planet motion be defined before this planet diameter creation- so the meaning is understandable-
Also we understand- planet diameter is a period of time (because it's a function in this planet rotation period)

Einstein Equation tells E=mc^2 - this equation is the problem -Because

The solar system is one energy- one piece of energy - by that- if the value (C^2= squared speed of light ) is found in this energy it will be used immediately - BUT - we know the sun rays is created after the planets creation and motion with long period of time- why?? because this value (C^2= squared speed of light) is NOT found in the solar system-
The planets have to revolve around a point in space and still move very long time to store motion energy enough to produce this value (C^2= squared speed of light) and after that this value (C^2) will be born from which the sun rays will be created
Here - we have (one source) for The Sun Rays And Mass Creation
By that-
The Mass Is Created With The Creation Of The Sun Rays
What does that mean?
The planet is created by three data - its velocity- its rotation period and its diameter-now the planet itself is just wave is similar to any wave in space - it has no matter - it's a wave only -
But this wave moves by low velocity and this low velocity caused to create rotation period and uses rate of time for this motion and then a diameter is created for this wave (as a diameter for the vortex or whirlpool on the sea page) - now we have a motion of planet and this motion creates for itself orbital inclination and orbital period and all other data

By that- Planet matter and mass is created with the sun rays creation
That means
The sun rays creation gave a new picture for the solar system- the planets which were waves before the sun rays creation - these planets are changed into matters and have masses after the sun rays creation
OBJECTIONS AGAINST THIS IDEA

Mars had migrated before the sun rays creation and Mars had migrated while (Mars and all planets were without masses) but Mars had collided with Venus and the Earth and the Earth moon is created by this collision- how can this collision is done without mass?
It's hard question to answer - but
We know also Pluto had collided with Neptune and pushed Neptune out of its orbit clearly the collision based on the masses can never perform this result (where Neptune mass is 7600 Pluto mass at least)
By that - Mars collision also may not depend on Masses

(Mercury- Mars -Venus - The Earth) Tells More Diameter Necessitates Longer Orbital Distance -AND
(Jupiter- Saturn-Uranus- Neptune - Pluto) Tells More Diameter Necessitates Shorter Orbital Distance
We understand the order depends on diameters and Not masses because Uranus diameter is greater than Neptune but Neptune mass is greater than Uranus
That proves
The Planet Diameter Must Be Created BEFORE This Planet Mass
Means- The Mass Is Created Later

All Living Creatures On The Earth Is Created From The Sun Rays Energy - means- all people, animals, woods and all things on the Earth are created from the sun rays - means- the sun rays provide not only the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) but the sun rays has a method to provide the value (C^2= Squared speed of light) to enable the creatures to be created
