How The Time Machine Can Be Created? can this machine moves into the past and the future? I ask because (light motion proves light can move into the past but no proof for the motion into the future)- let's provide this proof in following

Let's remember the solar system creation theory
The solar system is created from one light beam energy- means- the solar planets matters and their distances are created from one energy and this one energy is provided by one light beam and this light beam moves by speed = 1.16 million km per second- the light built the solar system starting its motion from Mercury orbit toward Pluto orbit- the light created the planets orbits before any planet creation- means- all orbits are created before any planet creation- the orbits are created based on each other- after the light created all orbits and reach to Pluto orbit- the light energy is consumed in the orbits creation- means-the space creation consumed the light energy- and the rest energy is found in one light beam its speed is (300000 km/s = the known speed of light) means the light beam started the motion in Mercury orbit with speed 1.16 million km per second and reached to Pluto orbit with speed 300000 km/s
In Pluto orbit
The light could Not move any further to build any more orbits because any additional space creation will consume more energy and that will decrease the light speed to be less than 300000 km/s (the known speed of light) - and - No known light moves by speed less than 300000 km/s - means- the light had no energy to move any further after Pluto orbit- for that- the light returns to its origin point (Mercury orbit) for that the light is reflected with speed (300000 km/s) from Pluto orbit to Mercury orbit passing through the built orbits - no energy is required in this motion for that the speed of light in Mercury orbit is 300000 km/s
By this energy (the light beam its speed 300000 km/s) all planets are created- but before the planets creation a coherence of light is occurred between the light 300000 km/s and the light 1.16 million km per second- this fact is so puzzle - let's see it deeply in following..
The light 1.16 million km per second is found before the space creation but the space creation consumed the light beam energy and that caused to decrease the light speed to be (300000 km/s) that means this light beam (1.16 million km per second) is NOT found now because its energy is consumed- by that - the coherence of light between the light 300000 km/s and the light 1.16 million km per second can NOT be possible because the light 1.16 million km per second is not found now
For better explanation- imagine we have 116 dollars to buy food after we bought the food the rest money is only 30 dollars- how can this 30 dollars meet the original sum of money 116 dollars because this sum is consumed and no longer be found?
That's the same question- how can the light 300000 km/s meet the original one 1.16 million km per second to create the coherence by them?
The solution tells that
The light 300000 km/s returns in the distance from Pluto orbit to Mercury orbit and also returns in the time -means- the light moves into (its own past) and in the past this light 300000 km/s was a part of the original light beam 1.16 million km per second- by that the light 300000 km/s meet the original light beam 1.16 million km per second and this meeting created the coherence between the two light beams- the coherence is done in the past but the coherence results are found in present- and if these results can prove the coherence is a fact that will prove the light 300000 km/s moved into the past which tells the light can move on the time axis.
Please note- the coherence can NOT be done in the present nor in the future because the original light beam 1.16 million km per second is not found in the present nor in the future- the coherence can be done only in the past because the original light 1.16 million km per second was found in the past before the space creation.
The light coherence proves -there are 2 proves which are
1st proof
Young Coherence of light produces an interference (bright fringes and dark fringes)
The planets distribution is similar to this interference- if we compare the planet diameter with the fringe breadth - let's see that deeply
The greatest breadth fringe is in the middle (Jupiter) and the fringes breadth is decreased gradually on both sides - the planets diameters are decreased gradually on both sides of Jupiter-
Notice- I proved Mars original orbit was between Mercury and Venus that makes the inner planets order to be (Mercury - Mars- Venus - Earth) the planets are in order gradually for their diameters (greater diameter needs greater orbital distance)
The outer planets order (Jupiter - Saturn - Uranus - Neptune - Pluto) the planets are in order gradually for their diameters (greater diameter needs shorter orbital distance), clearly the order is reflected but the concept is the same - if the planet diameter is compared with the fringe breath the planets distribution be typical to the interference of Young (bright fringes and dark fringes)

Planet velocity is defined based on the two light beam speeds -
As we have seen in the planet velocity analysis- the planet velocity is defined as functions in the two speeds (1.16 million km per second and 300000 km/s) which proves there's a coherence of light found between these two light beams
Notice- we realize that it's one light beam- its speed was 1.16 million km per second before the space creation and be 300000 km/s after the space creation.
