Thanks soo much for the translation (^_^)..
I agree with Shige that speaking bad of someone is only allowed towards people who are really important to us..
Hope Koyama won't be angry reading this, lol...

you're welcome (^_^)

haha, I hope so, too.
I admit that at first I was a bit "wtf. speaking bad of someone is never really okay, ESPECIALLY to important people", but when I read through the whole essay, his way of explaining this made me think and in the end, understand where he's coming from with this. :)

wow... shige is funny but he has a pretty good point...
“Nishikido-kun, don't put your microphone in your pocket during the MC” “Tegoshi. Speak Japanese properly. Because it's not 'aichiteru' (I wub you), but 'aishiteru' (I love you). Apologize once to that line.”
“Koyama, I already slandered you a lot but, I have still not said enough”.
too funny!!!

yeah and he explains it so well, that in the end I understand where he's coming from with this whole "it's okay to speak bad of people close to us"-opinion :)

haha..yeah I giggled all through that paragraph when I read the essay at first...and then again, when translating it.

Shige is totally right, when you tease or say mean things to the people you're close to then it's just kinda seen like. . an extention of your love for them? XD (I know that I have a Koyama-like friend who I pick on lol but she knows I love her ♥ :D) I would completely get defensive too if someone was saying bad things about a friend or something and be all "HEY! THATS MY JOB!" XDD Everything Shige says is always so correct when you think about it :)

Thank you for translating! ♥ :)

I didn't quite get my mind around it at first. But after having finished reading the whole essay, I understood where he is coming from with what he says. Just like you summed it up in your comment now :D Now it all makes much more sense and my horizon is broadened once again *g*

you're welcome :)

i think shige is like this because he's an idealist and like things in order. his character seems to be exposed more lately. but i kind of agree to backbiting only to those close to you. in that way, you'd know when to stop, right?
the whole koyashige makes me laugh all through the essay. he's really fond of koyama. XDDD

thank you for the translation. *bows*

now that I got my head around his way of thinking on this matter, I understand it. And I think you are right, when saying with friends you know when to stop. Also...I think you can't really talk bad about someone unless you know him, and know their quirks and why they do certain things/habits. This also fits the whole "only do it with people close to you"-idea, doesn't it.

by the end of the essay I felt like evry second sentence had Koyama in it..haha

thank you for translating this ... i was only understanding a few words when i was looking at raw scan of it the talk of koyama a lot in it really sparked my interest *bricked*

“Nishikido-kun, don't put your microphone in your pocket during the MC”
I wouldn't mind telling that off to Nishikido either lol

When I read the essay at first, it felt like every second sentence was somehow about Koyama *laughs*

Yeah Ryo is generally a bit....inactive during MC, isn't he...apart from 1 or 2 snarky comments here and there *g*

he is inactive A LOT ... he was getting better in the WPD MC though ... with the snarky comments, i just remember this IS Nishikido-san that we are talking about, and we still accept him the he is

oh yeah, i totally didn't mean "snarky" in a bad way. I'm a very very direct person, too. So often it comes across as snarky when I say something to friends, people in general (it's hard for me to tone it down, but I try, *lol*)

so yeah, it totally IS him , the way he is. And with being in two groups, and all that workload I grant him the few minutes of an MC as a sort of "pause"...even if it's not very "entertaining" for the fans. :)
