Rating the debate last night
Frankly, I was disappointed that the hoped-for slicing-dicing-chopping-and-pureeing didn't materialize, and I was all but literally ready to puke every time that Palin woman came out with "Eye-Rak," "Eye-Ran," "nukuler" and "betcha," not to mention being offended by her condescending use of "Joe Sixpack," as if all the citizenry consist of people whose main interest is in how much beer they can consume (after all, some of us garden, play musical instruments, write poetry, do needlework, woodwork and crossword puzzles, read extensively, hike, bike, volunteer at animal shelters, etc., etc.) - bah! She did hold her own, like the bimbo that G says she is, in a totally parrot-like way, and in no sense is she qualified to lead this country!
NT had an extra Obama/Biden 08 sign, which she gave us, and which is now mounted in our living room window. This way, if anyone wants to steal it, they'll be forced to break in, which of course would be criminal, and they'd have to confront our perimeter guards ;\)
I've also started embroidering one of the bibs; I outlined three rotor blades on the helicopter and filled in two of them.
