As much as you really get deep into my nerves sometimes, I feel your pain. Although my surgery wasn't as intense as yours, it SUCKS to be so independent, and then all of a sudden lose it. People at this school suck when it comes to others on crutches. They try to beat you to get on the bus, no one holds doors for you, very few will offer you a seat on the bus. I don't know if they gave you one, but I have something called a Cryo-Cuff (it's a piece of equipment used to ice your knee), and if you'd like to try it out, just let me know. Also, if you talk to the disability office and the ID people, they will be kind enough to give you handicapped parking and Fox parking lot access. It' still a while before I can drive, so you may have a while as well.

Yea, I'm dreading going back to school, it's going to be so hard to get back and forth around this school, nevermind doing it for a month. They did give me one of those cryo-cuff things and it does really work well.

This was all very thoughtful of you Kim, and I hope your knee gets better fast.
Take Care,
Gerard
