New Light Retreat 2008
Last week was the annual New Light MCC retreat. It was held in Madison, VA this year at Pathworks. Was an awesome location although it was a little hot on Sat. Had a wonderful time. Jancie and Marina joined us again from the UK and Janice held a healing service on Friday evening. More people went up for healing this year. One of the deacons even received his healing in his seat without having to go up to where Janice was ministering.
We traveled with two ladies from church (Cheryl and Leslie) and enjoyed their company on the way to and from. Mike and I get along very well with them.
The food was fantastic - very healthy and even vegetarian options (mostly tofu).
There was a meditation hut on the property and we managed a group sit on Sun morning.
