KLCC, Kenny Rogers, BAD SERVICE
Went to KLCC today to collect Pandora Hearts v4 and meet up with shirochan, thrance_86 and thrance's friend. Also bought Great Dialogues of Plato. Hey, it was cheap! >.> Kino is made of evil Found the book titled "Stupidity" again under the philosophy section of the bookstore. XD
Anyway, had lunch and semi-dinner with them. Lunch was perfectly okay. For the first time in a long while, I couldn't finish my food. swt. Maybe breakfast was too heavy... Dinner on the other hand...
Just thinking about it annoys the hell out of me. We went to Kenny Rogers in the KL Convention Center to eat. I ordered Country Soup since I wanted to eat dinner at home. Everyone else's orders came, so I asked the waitress about mine. Guess what she said? "There's no more country soup" ... and they didn't even inform me. what the HELL? If I had not asked, I would have waited even longer for NOTHING.
Later, thrance found out that her muffin was wrong. She asked for vanilla, she was given banana. When we checked with the waitress, it turns out that they were out of vanilla muffins, DID NOT BOTHER TO INFORM US, went ahead and decided for thrance to change it with a banana muffin. Is it really that hard to tell us when they are out of something? Honestly, if we were told, we would not bite their heads off because they ran out of specific foodstuff. >.<# Complained to the manager and got 20% off our bill for our troubles.
I'm still pretty annoyed by it though. It's not even peak hour, and there were hardly any customers in that place. Why couldn't they have TOLD US?
... I'll go get tea. Cool down.
