Yes. It is time for a victory post. :D I have successfully jumped the highest hurdles for this week. And it's only Monday! I worked like hell on Friday and Sunday, but it paid off. The application is in, the seminar project was finished and presented, and all my homework for tomorrow is finished save the 20 pages in the sketchbook (a problem which is easily remedied). The only casualty was physics discussion this morning, which I slept through by accident. because my alarm didn't go off. Oh well. At least I made lab (which I finished before the end of class heck yes). With luck, I can back to my usual slacking soon.
As for the seminar project, it's done. I feel that while it was probably a little short, it was of high quality. People laughed. I was proud. She'll probably dock for the short-ness though. But I'd be eternally grateful if she didn't. Srsly, no one else was writing anything outside group meetings. And I had the app due. What was I supposed to do? I'd like to write more scripts if I had the time/discipline. But they're boring if I keep thinking they'll never get made.
Still a little worried about arhu. I should probably see the teacher just to get some real feedback on the short essays I've been handing in. If I get a B on the one we get back today, I'll do that. Also have to study for physics exam and try and catch up on astronomy.
Started watching Burn Notice from the beginning. I caught it on TV when my family went to PA to see Falling Water during the summer. Been moderately interested ever since. Haven't gone out of my way to tune in for it though, but have been excited whenever I've come upon it while channel-surfing. It's good. Strangely comforting in its familiarity. I think I shall watch more while I fill more sketchbook pages.
This is me, being positive. Peace out.
