Now that I know when I will be starting full time work (Jan 24th) its time to make plans for that VERY important January event - The Australian Open.
The draw isn't done until January 14th, but the open runs from the 17th till the 30th and I'd like to go to a couple of the earlier days.
Now, there's a special focus to my open this year. I'm going to see Marat Safin. Whatever court he's on - that's where I want to be, no doubt screaming and cheering and waving large banners with cryptic messages badly translated into Russian.
Its not that I'm obsessed or anything.
But anyway, I thought I'd pop this up to encourage any fellow fans out there to drop me a line.
