(no subject)
I decided to BBQ burgers on the grill tonight. I had the doors and windows open all day to let in fresh air. The sun was out is was beautiful. By the time I picked the girls up from school, got home, let dog out, came back in, the rain and hail started!!!! I guess I should have checked out the weather channel this morning. It really sucks for me now, I have no idea what we are having for dinner? I do not want to leave the house. Maybe leftover ham and some potatoes etc.?
Chuck finally got up and left early so he did not disrupt my routine like he has been every day for two months now. He doesn't leave until 11:00am most days and the phone is always ringing off the hook. I have from 11:00-2:00 to get all of my daily stuff done and that is just not enough time for me. I finally started to dig into my house today. I have so much more to do, I decided to deep clean, organize cabinets, closets, clean out oven even though it is self cleaning. I decided I wanted to get it nice before the end of the year. It drives me crazy to think about my Fibber Mcgee closets. I plan on taking a lot of toys out of the girls rooms and donate them. We have outgrown this place and there is very little storage available. The girls have so many toys and never seem to play with the stuff. I decided to switch their bedrooms after I get done painting this next week. After the new year I plan on buying some furniture for their rooms.
Chuck hasn't heard back from the city job as of yet. I still have my fingers crossed.
