hi everybody. i have a small request. theres a dog on last chance (aka death row) at my local shelter and i'm trying to bring him home. the only problem is that my complex cant have any "unregistered pets" on the property, so they wanna charge me another $300 deposit. No animal should have to be put down just because he's been in the shelter too long.
