You know I very rarely use real names, mine or current friends, in this journal and even more rarely mention my place of business by name. Not because I am an intensely private person (HELLO!? I write EVERYthing in this journal) but because I just find it more comfortable to reveal all with a thin veil of pretending to keep personal information personal. HOWEVER!!!
WE HAVE COFFEE AT ISIS YOU GUYS!!!!!
Two years ago February we moved into our beautiful refurbished mortuary remade to look like an Egyptian Temple and we have been almost as happy as can be, here at my day job. But we had no coffee. The original plan of BookBoss and GuitarBoss was that we would have a little coffee shop in the front lobby. But finding someone to do that, not so easy, we needed just the right fit, you see.
And finally we have it! JOY!
CoffeeJeff is a very enthusiastic young man who knows his shit about coffee the way I know my shit about Tarot. And he is nice, always a plus. So while I was gone to Wyo, he set up shop and with our second anniversary at our new location (but 30 years in business!) this weekend, he will be celebrating his grand opening. So stop by Isis and Amazing Origins Cafe this Saturday and have a cuppa or get buzzed on the bean or whatever it is that makes you happy. I totally recommend the hot apple cider with caramel, oh, yeah, orgasmically good!
You can tell them that Maggie sent you, but nobody will know who the hell you mean, so just tell them that the ShippingGoddess sent you, and everyone will know who you are talking about.
