TreeBear watchers in the audience, sorry, he has moved to Philly to be with GF#2 who moved up into first postion when GF#1 in Cali dumped him. (I know, you thought I was GF#2, no, she showed up from outta the past and technically had precedent, so ok)
His sad reaction when I told him the dates KK and I were planning on getting me there, "Aw. I will be gone." Dood, I love you, but I am there to hang out with your sister. And anyway, as usual GF doesn't know about me. I gotta stop sleeping with men who are ashamed to be seen with me. (and now he will get his knickers in a twist, CHILL! I said it as a joke, I know you are not ashamed to be seen with me) Oh wait, not sleeping with him anymore. Problem solved.
So Anyway! My beloved N'Awlins! From August 6 to 10. *sigh* I can't wait. I am going to buy myself Birthday Lunch at the Green Goddess. I am going to hunt through neworleans, neworleansguide, and nola_classified to see what is going on that weekend and maybe I will go to the Zoo if KK is feeling up to it. If nothing else, I will spend a day wandering around the Quarter because that shit makes me happy. I know, I know, it is going to be miserable hot and humid and gah, I DON'T CARE! N'Awlins! YAY! I will have all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. One of those I will probably spend with KK at her work and seeing her friend D, to whom I am Spiritual Adviser to the Stars, yay me! *grin* But that leaves two days to fill with fun and food and OMG*DAIQUIRI*TIME*YAY!
