Class Night!
I generally don't talk so much about class here, I dunno why, I talk about my sex life, why not my spiritual life, eh?
So I started teaching again last Spring. I haven't taught regularly since the unfortunate incident, and I realized it was about time to fix that. I proposed an idea to BookBoss and she liked the idea. Last Spring the class was small, but the people were steady attending and a lot of fun. I figured it was worth keeping it going, even for just a few folks. And then the Autumn session started. OMG. The first night we had just over twenty people in class. Holy shit, beevis! Tonight was thirteen or fourteen, still a very healthy class number. Wow! And the class was sofa king great. H&OhGee (aka the High Priestess of Bacon) totally kicked ass tonight! I asked her last session if she would do a little presentation on sound and using sound to clear chakras and enhance energy and whatnot. It was a really good class. So I asked her if she would do it again this session. Oh dear gods, she just went to town! Tonight was this fantastic and polished presentation with a great interactive exercise and it was just so very wonderful. The girl just puts my half assed seat-of-the-pants presentations to shame! Wowie wow wow! I felt a little proud, seeing her blossom so. Not that I had anything to do with it, really, I just am so happy seeing her share these things that she is passionate about, her love of the topic just shines through. It was super cool. And I have no idea how to compliment her on this without sounding like a total fangirl or like I am just her friend and so I would say nice things anyway. I guess she will just have to read it here and know that I am sincere, heartfelt and very very grateful to have her as a coworker and co-teacher. And friend.
