I like Pratchett a lot too. I shift on favorite characters, but I have a special fondness for Susan. I like Sybil a lot too.

I love Vimes, and DEATH and Dorfl... I love a lot of characters on the Disc. Susan may be my favourite girl, but then, Sybil is fantastic and so is Granny. And, well, there is always Gaspode, and DEATH of Rats, and Greebo, oh, my list is endless. I am ridiculous. I love them all! One Two Three Many Lots!

Yeah, I discovered TP shortly after I read the first HHGttG book. Now, to make it worse, He has pretty stiff competition from a guy named Tom Holt. Also a Brit, and until recently, not available in the US. I found some of his at Tattered Cover last time I was getting my Space Marine fix.
