Anita Bryant was a huge anti-gay rights activist. She was quoted as saying, "As a mother, I know that homosexuals cannot biologically reproduce children; therefore, they must recruit our children." and "If gays are granted rights, next we'll have to give rights to prostitutes and to people who sleep with St. Bernards and to nailbiters." I find it funny... cause she was someone who was so furiously against gay love. But she ended up divorced from the man she had 4 children with.
