I'm still here
Lack of updates, I know. It's not like I'm not on the computer enough, it's just that I don't get around to writing and posting. I think I'm more active when I'm in school, because I have to write other things, so it becomes easy to just write a little more and post here. Anyways, I'll try to update more. I know I say that alot, but I'll try to stick with it this time.
What have I been up to...
Well, I've started working on my book. Again. I started a while back, but left it like so many other things I want to do. I've been doing some research and have started doing some character development for the book. I'm thinking that the first book I write will be posted online and free for people to read. This way I can build some support for the following book that I'll actually try to get published.
I'm no longer sick. After my fever broke, the coughing and congestion lasted only for about 4 days. Though it seems like it wants to come back and get me again, I'm trying to drink lots of fluids to flush anything bad out of my body before it can do anything bad.
I can't wait for school to start. I know, I never thought I'd say that either. I'll only be going to school Tuesdays and Thursdays. So besides having 5 days a week off, I'll have a chance to get a job/internship. Sure I have 2 online classes, but those I can do in a few hours every week. Final semester is lookin' good.
Our C.O. is visiting our cong. this week. He's given very good talks so far. Can't wait for Sunday and the final one. I think I'll take some pictures or video.
I'm still wondering if it's going to get colder or not. The temperature is hovering around the high 60's low 70's, but I can't remember if it gets colder than that. Just my luck that I prefer the cold, and it never actually gets cold around here. Talk about being in the wrong place at the... well, all the time. Think it's too early to start looking for a home to buy in another city? Maybe that should be postponed until after I get married later on. Dunno.
