So it goes.
Sigh. It would figure. I made a new icon that I really rather like but I can't get it below 50k and I can't remove any of the 9 frames of animation without seriously affecting the quality of the images. I know I've seen some icon makers having up to 12 frames of animation in their icons and since all of mine are black and white I'm a little perplexed and frusterated. Can anyone take this icon and make it under 40k for me, or tell me what program could (and how)? Much thanks -- I'd really like to be able to use it.
