5x10 Episode Discussion
Okay, I couldn't resist. There were a couple things in the episode last night that caught my eye so...
Well, first SQUEE!!!! ALEX GOT THE SOLO SURGERY!! *dances* I'd been so sure Cristina wouldn't pick him because they have like 0 interaction in the show except for the "I miss Burke" "I miss Rebecca" thing last season. I actually did do a happy dance, although I have a feeling Alex did too the second he was out of range of the others.
Granted, the slasher in me cried when Alex told Izzie he loved her *shudders* but I have to admit that I found his whole "I won't cheat on you. You make me want to be better" cute, although it would have been loads better if he'd said it to George. Someone want to alter a vid for me? Haha.
And as much as I am a hater of Alex/Izzie (I haven't liked her since S2 when she told Alex he wasn't good enough for anyone), I did squee at his and George's little scene in the clinic. Maybe it's just me, but my mind went to a little scenerio where when Alex said "Don't talk about Izzie to me" or whatever it was that it was because she'd come between them or something.
We really need more GeorgeAlex scenes on Grey's. There really doesn't seem to be enough anymore to slashify. Although maybe we'll get a little more interaction if a certain character leaves the show.
