I feel like I let her down. We've been friends since the earliest Hollywood rounds, we just made some connection, you know? We prayed together that we'd both make each cut, and we did, until the 32 -- but I then I did get into the 32 at the last minute. We both got called to the Wild Card, and both made it thru and were both in the Top 12. Of course we had dreams of being the Top 2. We were gonna be Ruben & Clay and it wouldn't really matter who was 1 and who was 2. Baby Girl, I'm so sorry!
I almost feel like I should do crappy this week so I'll be voted off next. Don't worry, I won't! I wouldn't do that to my fans, and I know Jen still wants me to go as far as I can. Salsa is a lot of fun, and I hope my performance will be better received than the last two were. I'm the only one now who hasn't been in the bottom 3. That makes me nervous. Was Clay ever in the bottom 3? I don't remember. Kelly wasn't, was she? I better stop thinking right now, it'll just get me all messed up. Back to rehearsing.
