There's a hotel on Wisconsin Ave., I think the Hilton, that has enoromous windows looking in on a very pretty swimming pool area, with plants and slides and crap. It looks very nice. In the winter you can look in on all these warm people running around in their swimsuits while you freeze your ass off in the snow.
When it's really cold out, and snowing, I like to stand at the window until I catch one of the swimmer's eyes, then give the person a big scowl and shake my fist over my head in a little circle.
It's pretty great. Try it.
