Kirkus Reviews LOVES Trafalgar & Boone
First, Kirkus Reviews gave Trafalgar & Boone a glowing review. Nothing but praise, no need to pick and choose the nice bits. It was ALL nice bits. Then I noticed they gave it a star. Then they decided to include it in their printed magazine (the 8/15 issue, if anyone is a subscriber). I thought that was the extent of it, but just today I discovered they had chosen it as one of the Indie Books of the Month for October! Maybe their top pick for that month, since these titles aren't listed alphabetically by title or author.
Why was I looking? Well, because this morning my publisher got an email revealing that Trafalgar & Boone had been named to Kirkus Reviews' Best Books of 2015!
It's in their print edition for this month (again, if anyone is a subscriber, hook me up with a picture at least! ;D) as one of the best indie books of 2015.
It's just so surreal and awesome. I can't believe all the love this book is getting. And it all started with a silly dream I happened to mention on Twitter!
