Stargate Novel Update!
It took a little longer than I expected because of an insane bout of sickness (I even sought medical attention. I had prescription pills for the first time ever. It was hell!), but I finally have a draft ready to send in! It's nowhere near done... I'm sure there are many edits ahead of me. But for now, until I have the contract, I'm done!
I ended up adding just over 20,000 words. The biggest change is that Tanis is now blatantly gay. The only scenes it affects are the ones set on Baleya's planet. The two ladies now flirt openly. Nothing major. Basically Jack Harkness levels of flirt. I couldn't get Corso's voice out of my head: "Grumpy first officer... doesn't like men." That's canon enough in my book. Literally! It makes things canon in the book I wrote. ;)
