Summary: So where did Ronon get the suit? The Big, Tall & Satedan shop at Colorado Springs Mall?

Ronon pushed open the locker room door, examined the layout, and crossed to the locker that had been indicated. It wasn't so much a locker as it was a cubby hole. But the masking tape on the bar across the top read "TEAL'C." Good enough for him. He pulled out a few olive-drab jackets - uniforms - and tossed them onto the bench behind him. Blue, brown, nothing he could wear outside, according to some ridiculous arbitrary...

"May I assist you?"

He turned and saw a large black man standing in the doorway behind him. His arms were clasped behind his back and he was looking at the mess on the bench. Ronon looked at the gold tattoo in the center of his forehead and then went back to searching. "I'm supposed to borrow a suit from you."

"Civilian attire?" Teal'c said. He stepped closer and reached into the cubby. He withdrew a suit and held it up. "Will you require a hat?"

Ronon stared at him. Teal'c stared at Ronon's hair.

"No hat," they said at the same time.

Ronon took the suit and held it up in front of himself. "Looks like it'll do. Thanks." He shook his head at the jacket. "People really dress this way, huh?"

"Indeed," Teal'c said, with a slight raise of his eyebrow. "I find it easier to conform to their expectations than to question."

"Whatever," Ronon said. "I'll, uh, get this back to you."

Teal'c smiled. "That is unnecessary. You may find yourself on Earth again one day in need of a disguise. You may keep it."

"Thanks," Ronon said. He draped the suit over his arm and started toward the changing area. He stopped at the door and said, "Hey, uh... Teal'c?" Teal'c stopped and turned to face him. Ronon hooked a thumb over his shoulder to indicate the general population of Earth. "They ever start making sense?"

"Eventually," Teal'c assured him. "However, it may take fifty or sixty years."

Ronon watched Teal'c walk from the room, a faint smile on his lips. Ronon cocked an eyebrow and went into the locker area to change.

Apparently humans weren't the only race he didn't understand.
