Yes, that is Kate's leg. It's from Black Water! The episode features:
1) The cute bit where Abby finds a fish in a car and teases Kate that it's one of Kate's ex-boyfriends.
2) Kate buys healthy lunches, and skips off to the lab to deliver lunch to Abby.
3) The dress which Kate is wearing in the icon. (Yes, she's wearing a dress in the icon.)
4) The backrub scene. (Bonus! It is said that this has happened before.)
5) Abby being unusually annoyed. This is explained by her missing her cousin's birthday party, but I say it has more to do with Kate going off on a date with Airline Boy and then moping around the lab wearing the dress and Gibbs hanging around.

Plus, y'know, non-shippy NCIS goodness.

It's also the episode where Kate has Long-Term Interests in Airline Boy, though. (Do we ever find out what happened to him? At the end of the episode he's flying her to New York at 2am for dessert, and she asks if he's Catholic.)

Mmm, that episode is so much more yummy than I give it credit for. ;-D Must watch again. *G*

And yeah, the icon leg IS sexier. But I had to go for the most-leg-shown. It just went better. And the Abby section is actually maniped... sort of. I had to go frame-by-frame and splice little sections of picture together to get it as big as I did. In the actual episode (Red Cell), it starts on her feet and pans up to the dress. I just wanted her boots and plaid skirt together in a shot *G*

Hee, yeah, it took HOURS. Building it, like, three rows of pixels at a time. And then I had the trim the sides because they were all uneven *le sigh* ;-D
