Bah humbug?
Well, Christmas is in only three days away, and to be perfectly honest, I haven't been in much of a mood to do anything about it.
After the beginning of this month starting out so crappily, I've lost all sense of "Christmas spirit"--I didn't do my holiday baking, I had no desire to write my Christmas cards, and shopping for Christmas presents hasn't been as exhilarating as it usually is.
That said, I have had some nice times--last night I went to a party where i spent some time with jdawgspi, kahteeyah, scooterpbakes, and many other acquaintances of mine. It was nice, even if I did pumpkin just a little bit after midnight.
I also got a chance to spend the evening earlier this week with ghost_light and her husband--we went to dinner at the restaurant Ginger (their beef curry was very good) and had a wonderful time.
And I suppose that's the big thing about this time of year--getting to spend time with people you care about.
