I gained a pound this week. I am caught in this cycle of where I stay the same for about 2 weeks and then I drop like 3-4lbs. Any ideas of how to break out of this cycle. I would love to go for more walks, but with this new house, I find that I can't seem to find the time with doing yard work and what not. I think it has something to do with my period cycle. I have a 3 week cycle. I drop my weight the week before my period and then the next two weeks I stay the same. I know I am moving more than I have before we bought the house, but just to get doing more moving I guess is where the problem lies. I don't know. I am frustrated with this cycle that I am caught in. any ideas??
