Am I the only one who finds it a tad ironic that Sarah Palin's, aka Miss Conservative, 17-year-old daughter got knocked up? One article about it here. I sure hope she decides not to try and eliminate sex education. Looks like her daughter could have used a little more of it.

Though I am impressed Obama took the high road and roped off any attacks on Sarah concerning this matter. If this happened to a Democrat the Republicans would be up in arms about how "immoral" they are because of it.

- Riko is going in tomorrow to get fixed. Went today and filled out all the forms to get it done since my roommate is going to be the one dropping him off tomorrow. It's going to be a long night when I have to lock him in the room at 10pm to keep him away from any food or water.

- Mailed out the form to get the two female cats fixed at a cheaper price.

- Dealt with the phone company when I discovered I owed $2.50 from last month. Apparently their website had not shown the correct amount that was due. I just hope they don't try and hit me with a late fee because to this. It's not my fault when their website showed the wrong balance. Luckily the lady I talked to put on a note on there to wave any late fees and fixed the website to show the correct amount.

- Got the book from my teacher and finished all my school work!

So the class I thought I had was a mistake. It was meant for another student whose ID number was a number off from mine. Got fixed before I was charged anything. Now I can use that money to get my hair done!

A teacher informed us of an internship with the county having to do with fish and aquatic work. I'm going to submit an e-mail to the guy and pray I get it. It would definitely be nice to get some extra experience before I graduate and volunteer work looks really good on any sort of resume.

Worked yesterday when hurricane Gustav was pummeling us. Thankfully we only got the outer bands. There were a few tornadoes in the area and some damage but overall nothing big.

My mother called me and informed me about this. It's a program that is allowing any person with Jewish blood (whether full, half, or 1/3) to travel to Israel free of charge. I guess I'll bite at the opportunity. I would rather be allowed to travel somewhere with someone I know (mostly my boyfriend, though I am coming very dangerously close to actually being sentimental here) than a crowd of people I've never met before. But it is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Why not right?

Edit: This just keeps getting better and better. Palin was a member of the AIP. lol whut? Really? I mean REALLY? Did McCain just close his eyes and randomally point his finger to pick his VP? I don't even like politics.

LOLarious.
