My weekend was awesome!
Saturday:
Boyfriend came into town late Friday night. As in 2am in the morning late. But we went out to eat at a nice Italian restaurant in the morning, went to the hot tub at the school, watched the Simpsons movie (which was surprisingly awesome), made dinner together (SO SWEET!), then went out and partied at a friend's house with several other people from work. We played Ring of Fire several times, tried a few games of quarters, and everyone got nicely wasted. The host of the place also got us with
this website and convinced several people that the website is indeed psychic. How it works is explained
here. It's a good trick to pull on your friends so long as you know a lot about them.
Also apparently I'm the only one with a spine, as I was the only one brave enough to demand it to answer when I would die and everyone proceeded to freak out. Like I'm going to be scared of a 'website' of all things. So SILLY!
Sunday:
Awesome! My two roommates, my boyfriend, and I all went to the beach because the weather here has finally warmed up and it was absolutely gorgeous outside. Me and my male roommate drank beer (he got absolutely wasted and I got a little tipsy) and were forced to pee in the cold ocean. Then we played Frisbee for hours, which was one of the funnest times I've had in my entire life. Except this old dude with like 3 or 4 kids came over several times to say things to me while my boyfriend was standing right freakin there. At one point, one of his kids came racing over to me and I freaked out because I thought he was going to attack me but it turned out he only wanted to give me a seashell. It was cute, albeit disturbing because I think his father told him to do it. Do not want!
After that we all went out to eat at my work and my boyfriend had to leave from there. But altogether it was an awesome, wonderful weekend.
Except I still have to do a math test that was sent out because our scores were so bad on the second test. I know I need to do it because my score was awful but I heard that its long so that's going to suck. Homework sucks. Also I still haven't received the slides for my biogeo seminar group project even though the guy said he'd send them Monday. I'll probably have to shoot him an e-mail soon.
But in other news:
Calamity's Breach : Chapter 35 - Lying No More :D I'm so happy! It took me forever to write but I definitely like this chapter and I think it's written a lot better than the previous other two. Actually I love this chapter. It crosses so many bridges and opens up the final conclusion and it's starting to bring everything to a close. And Sesshoumaru? God I missed writing him. Even though this fic is Rin/Kohaku, I almost feel like he experiences the most growth as a character. He's such an interestng dynamic to write.
Bed now!
