I hate the dating scene. Hate, hate, hate it. In fact I think I even despise it.
There I said it.
With that out of the way...
I got the house I wanted. Very happy except I can't move in until May 26 which means I need a place to stay for 3 weeks. Originally I was going to stay with a male friend of mine but since the dating scene sucks things have gone pretty sour. He mentioned a complication, then failed to explain it and told me to forget about it when I asked about it. I think there's another girl he's involved which. Not that I'm bothered about this because he isn't my boyfriend nor would I want him to be but honesty would be appreciated. He is still letting me stay at his place but I'd rather not if it's going to make it uncomfortable for both of us. Not worth the drama.
I would go home for that time but my job will fire me if I'm not available for Mother's day. Hopefully I can crash on the couch of the house I'm going to be moving into. They mentioned that when I came to look at the place. They haven't yet returned my phone call inquiring about it. If luck is with me I can just stay there. Would make things so much easier.
Can't wait for semester to be over and can't wait to get situated in my new place.
