(no subject)
One of the cats peed in my bed this morning.
...
What is it with cats and wanting to pee on me? Needless to say I was not a happy bunny this morning.
Anyway I don't think is one of my two. Reesce was downstairs and Riko was sleeping on the nightstand. I do believe it was my mom's cats, as one was on the bed with me and the other was on the floor. So mad. We have litters ALL over the place so there was no excuse for them peeing on my bed. There was even one in the bathroom literally fifteen feet from where I was.
Think I'm going to let the comforter go though. This is the second time it has gotten peed on and I've had it for nearly 6 years now. If we a had a washer I could have just stuck it in there but seeing as we have to do all laundry at the laundromat I just don't think I'm going to be able to get the smell out this time. *sigh*
My friend cheered me up a little bit about it by texting me that the cat was trying to show his love through a golden shower. Thanks buddy!
Job search hasn't been going well. On Thursday I went and applied to some restaurants. Not as many as I would have liked but one told me I had to fill out an application on line, the Olive Garden had just opened that day and was slammed, and another place told me they weren't hiring at all. I was planning to go today but due to the cat fiasco I ended up waking up too late. Also been filling out applications online but I haven't still haven't heard anything.
Writing has been slow too. It's not that I don't like the material I'm writing - I just don't have any inspiration. I don't feel like I want to write even though I know I should be writing like a maniac with it. But I guess inspiration comes and goes.
