Starting a comic and looking for an artist!
Hello Wotchers, 910CMXers, and other web browsing life forms!
I am looking for an artist to bring my idea for a web comic to life. Before you read the comic description and beginning plot, I would like to say a few things.
I know my way around websites and such and take care of the back end so any non-programmers shouldn't fret.
All donations to the comic will go towards paying for the website and the remaining to the artist. I have no intentions of taking any money for myself.
Artist should be able to produce 2-3 comics per week (color preferred).
If you have any artistic skill at all, don't hesitate to get in touch with me to show me your work and sample art.
You can pm me on The Wotch community forums to start the review process if you are unable to send me a message here on LiveJournal..
Remember, nothing here is set in stone and I believe that artists should have a say in where the story goes.

The Trio and Eight
Very Brief Summary
Taylor Jones wakes up one very early morning to find that he is somehow female. He frantically calls his friends Samantha Thomas and Adam Peterson over to assess the situation. The trio are confused with the situation and attempt to make a plan. Fortunately, Taylor's parents were out of town for the weekend for their college reunion and Taylor is an only child so he doesn't have to reveal the secret yet. The three decide to keep Taylor at 'her' own house for the day while the true nature of the problem is attempted to be assessed. Will Taylor, Sam, and Adam figure out what happened to Taylor? Ask "Eight", Adam's Magic Eight-ball, and you might find out! Friendships obtain new meanings, family bonds are stretched to their breaking point, but most importantly, "Reply hazy. Please try again later."
Basic Character Bios
Taylor Jones
Taylor is your average High School Kid. Attending Allswell High School in Sierraville, North Carolina as a Sophomore, he tends to be a bit of an outcast and keeps to himself but hangs out with his friends Adam and Sam who have been his friends since Pre-K. He loves cheese pizza and always wears red and black t-shirts with cargo shorts. He is a member of the movie watcher's club upon his parents' request but rarely shows up to the meetings. Life is generally boring for him but he doesn't mind too much.
Samantha Thomas
Sam is one of Taylor's best friends. She is the smartest one of the trio and sometimes talks a bit too much. She also finishes people's sentences which freaks a person out once and a while but Adam and Taylor don't notice this anymore. She prefers to dress casual and never seems to wear the same outfit twice. She secretly has a crush on Adam, but in fear of losing his friendship, chooses to hide the fact.
Adam Peterson
Adam is also one of Taylor's best friends. He can be somewhat sarcastic at times but he mostly does things without properly thinking them over. He tries to have his magic 8-ball named "Eight" with him whenever possible and uses it for important decision making. He is also blissfully unaware of how Sam feels for him. Surprisingly he does fairly well in all his classes despite how he appears. He is very outgoing but tends to put the trio into many situations.
Storyline (first 4-5 pages)
All is normal in Sierraville, NC until Taylor awakens to a loud crash.
With his eyes still shut, he thinks to himself, "Ah crap! What was that?", "What was that sound?", "Why do I feel so light headed?", "Why is everything tingling?".
Suddenly, Taylor hears a voice, "Wake up Taylor! Open your eyes and view the world in an entirely different light!
Taylor opens his eyes and sits up in bed as fast as he can.
He waits on the bed frantically looking around for the person who had just said something. His heart is racing.
He thinks to himself, "Was that just a dream?".
He looks down at his clock to see that it was 4:43 am.
Although it is early on a Saturday morning, his room was fairly well lit from the light which was left on in his bathroom.
Taylor: "Ah crap. It was just some stupid dream. Now my heart is racing and I can't sleep."
Taylor gets out of bed and begins to stretch.
He notices nothing out of the ordinary and heads to the bathroom.
He looks into the mirror and stares at the reflection.
Even at that early hour, Taylor was able to realize that a girl was staring back at him.
Taylor looks down at his chest and blinks a few times.
He rubs his eyes to make sure he isn't dreaming.
Two average sized breasts were now attached to him which hadn't been there the day before.
Taylor: "What... the... crap..."
He thrusts his hand down off screen to check if anything was missing down below.
Taylor: "Oh dear..."
Taylor suddenly feels very woozy and stumbles over to his bed
He is a she!
Taylor grabs his phone and calls Adam.
Adam picks up after a few rings.
Adam: "Do you have any idea what time it is?! This better be an emergency Taylor!"
Taylor: "Umm... You'd better come over. Bring Sam too."
Adam: "Woah man! Whats with your voice? You really don't sound good!"
Taylor: "I am trying to figure it out. You'd better come over."
Adam: "Eight says 'yes' so I'll grab Sam and be right over."
