Rita in the House!
It has been a difficult week with illness (cold) and jury duty. I am through with the cold and nearly through with jury duty. They do seat juries here on Fridays. I was up for four trials and was thrown off of three for believing that drugs should be legalized and/or having a sister who is a prison chaplain. J has been home a lot in the mornings which makes life sweet and having Rita around has been really amazing. Most of the time we are all working at home: J on her online classes as a teacher; me with my instructional design work, teaching, and an online class I am taking (Connectivism and Connective Knowledge). So I was hard at work this morning and I got this wonderful pictures of the girls in their PJs cooking. They are creating a sauce for tonight's dinner:
Okay so I came home from work for lunch and the house smelled like an Arabic household. It was fabulous! Life is good! Rita does not seem big on cooking but can guide J and together they are creating Middle Eastern food. Our house is quickly becoming trilingual and with more music. What can you say about a woman who cooks in blue satin PJs??
