[The feed begins rather unceremoniously as the device tumbles to the floor. The image that's broadcast is difficult to make out. The scenery is dark but it's pointing at what sort of resembles a stand for a chair. The sound of someone shifting follows, possibly having been alerted by the sound of the device dropping to the floor.]

Besides the City had sent him home once before, who knows if this time it would stick.
