holiday start here
this is the 3rd week of holiday now... and it is so packed that i fall sick. my housemate, sean, was sick during the exam. and he declare himself allergy to studies. well then i got to declare myself allergy to holidays. LOL. never was i sick thru out the semester. damn y now.
right so the destination of my holiday was at habour town. wasnt actually my ideal place to be. i mean come on... shopping? well there are lots of sale going ard at this point of time... but i still cant figure what to get for everyone. got to keep on a look out man... if not i will be back with "karate".
get into bed at ard 3am in the morning and in less than 4 hours time, i am on my way to dream world. we set off at 9 and reach there at 9:45. and i tot i was pretty early. man, it was a horrible long queue at the ticket booth when i got there. and the place doesnt open at 10. KSism in action.

the first ride, THE CLAW. its supposed to be the biggest trill ride in the park, and i got to admit that was one of the best. well worth for a half an hour of queuing and nothingness.
wipeout. i should be the 7th person from the left
of all the rides, personally the giant drop was my favourite. especially when u get up there, u can see gold coast and with the sun setting behind brisbane city. too bad there is no way to get the camera up that 36 storey high pillar. it was one hell of a view up there.

knowing full well that its another day trip after dream world, i still turn in at 3am. but this time my housemate got to drag me out. i was feeling really tired already. and i can feel a cold is coming. on top of that, the damn bloody weather was horrible. so 19 strong men and women, in 4 cars, head down to laminton park.
the 19 strong men and women who brave the cold and wet weather to overcome the great outdoor.
the place that we are heading to was supposed to be good hilly view of the valley and stuff. but it was so cold that day that there was quite a fog.
this was supposed to be the best lookout point. yeah right...
we stop for lunch. and guess what we were having at the top of the "mountain". STEAMBOAT. haha what the hell rite. i dun no what give them the idea of having steamboat but it turn out to be a really good idea that day. it was freaking cold till i cant feel the hot soup when i am holding it. steamboat in the wild. what a meal. haha
guards of food. u come near us, u going to be meat for our meal.
sun set and we head to nature bridge to check out the glow worms. by now u would have guess, everything other than the steamboat went wrong that day. the cave is supposed to be filled with glow worms. and they look like greenish stars in the cave. but no. they are all gone. dunno where the hell they are hiding. it turn out to be like spot the glow worm contest instead of sitting back and admire the view.
the small waterfall in the cave was more interesting that spot the worm contest.
ting: hey u shouldnt be taking snickers for breakfast since u are having a cold.
me: but i dun have sore throat wat.
great... my karamistic reply leads to a very bad sore throat the next day.
spend the next 2 days in bed. having cold and the weather is cold, man, its so damn cold.
alrite its getting very long for this post, but u are not going to hear abt movie world?
yap so movie world was last thursday. could get cars so got to take public transport. that is a nice 2 hours long train and bus ride. (by car u can get there in 45 minutes). i will by all means get a car if i were to travel far the next time. the same thing we are experience from dream world: LONG QUEUE. what else can u expect. one difference is movie world was alot more fun than dream world. the ride may not be that trilling, but there are lots of things to see. there is stunt show. parade of those cartoon characters, shrek 4D (if you are wondering wat is the 4D, let just say is 3D pictures plus moving seats and spraying water on u when donkey sneaks. definately not the 4D u buy every week with $2 big $2 small). the backward roller coaster was the most interesting. my friends were saying ok u take the front. guess they didnt know it was going backwards. haha
superman escape was awesome. one hell of a roller coaster ride.
superman: there is no other way than to push u guys thru. (0-100 in 2 sec)
ride with the cowboys... hee ha
