青木ヶ原
this has got to be one of the most serene and beautiful forests i have walked. its creepy factor is over-hyped imo. met lots of elementary school kids on class excursions bringing home zipped locked bags of lava rock specimens. we greeted each other cheerfully with a loud "Konnichiwa!" as we crossed, them walking downwards, as i sank deeper inwards into the soft grounds and blue sea of trees.
never been happier today in a long time. also, clearly too excited in many shots like this one where my other camera is left absent-mindedly in the frame.
part of me must belong here.
