For those wondering, yes, that is the river level. That isn't just water gushing toward the river, that is the river itself. Photos were taken Saturday, 4:30 pm, at the peak of the flood.
Edit: Photos include Point State Park (3/4 under water), 376 Eastbound, and the Mon Warf Parking Garage (completely gone).
