FAQ
Q: Can I join the community?
A: This community does not allow members; I am the only member, as I am the only one with posting access.
However it's totally public and you are welcome to add the community to keep track of my graphics! :)
Q: Can I request a tutorial?
A: You bet! Just post your comment
here, and I'll post it as soon as I can.
You can also comment at a recent post and I'll see to it.
However, I'm very slow with tutorials, and sometimes I forget how I make my icons, haha.
Q: Where can I find your brushes and textures?
A: You can find my resources that I make
here. I do my best to update it.
Q: How can I credit your icons?
A: If you aren't sure about how to credit, see
this link for details.
I've also posted an image in the profile so you can actually see what it looks like.
*NOTE: If you're using an icon somewhere other than LJ, YOU STILL SHOULD CREDIT.
You do so by linking back to the maker - without hotlinking the image.
Q: Why do I need to credit you when you didn't take the photo?
Many of the photos are NOT MINE which is why I have a list of resources.
I am trying to work at giving proper credit as is due.
But I will still ask for credit.
I want credit so if anyone likes an icon of mine, they can find more. Simple as that.
Q: What's the big deal with hotlinking?
A: It's a big problem that's happening on the internet, and it's taking up bandwidth.
To say it simply - if you want an icon, you have to save it to your own server.
DON'T HOTLINK. EVER.
If you do, the image will disappear... and/or could be replaced with something else.
Q: How can I become an affiliate?
A: Simply post a comment
here with an link to the journal you wish me to affiliate with, and you will be added.
I'll want to preview your site, but most likely you'll be added; I've yet to come across a pending non-decent site.
Q: Can I nominate your icons at an icon award community?
A: Of course you can! It's flattering, really, it makes me feel great that people appreciate my work.
I'd like if you commented and let me know about nominations, though.
Q: Why do you respond to all of the comments?
A: I do that because every comment means a lot to me!
And I want to thank everyone for taking the time to comment.
Q: Where can I contact you?
A: You can comment anywhere at this community, or at my personal journal.
My "Friends Only" post is at the top of the page, so you can go ahead and comment there.
For any other information, see
the profile for rules and info, or comment here!
