Well well

Got my Wii! I'm going to tell you right now that this system is for everyone. My parents at one point were enjoying Wii Sports. The controls are very simple, the games are addicting, and frankly, the controllers are something that even a senior citizen can pick up and enjoy. Red Steel was a completely over hyped game by the way, it's just okay, nothing special.

Sold myself at the frat's date auction last friday. Bet you can't guess how much I sold for. (Minimum $3 bet.)

EMU's band banquet was yesterday. It was definitely a spiritual thing this time around. I didn't feel too much at last years banquet. But the majority of the material in this one was enough to "enlighten" me. The speeches given by Prof. Boerma and Prof. Waymire were tremendously well done. The amount of unity that was floating around in the air was enough to choke a horse. I also won the award for most outstanding veteran male marcher. I am very proud of myself, because I was not expecting to win any awards at all. Winning this award kinda makes me want to rethink my decision to not join marching band again next year. I dunno right now.

The above mentioned date auction was at a student catholic chapel. While I was there, I noticed one of those (motivational signs) that teachers usually put up around their classrooms. It said "Forgiveness is the decision to stop hating." Kinda makes me think about my decision towards Shannon a little. Is it right to hold a grudge and throw away a would-be relationship based upon personal views? My brain is screaming at me "YES". But that sign made me feel guilty a little. Maybe after a relationship or two with other girls will I be able to tell what's what.

I have one class tomorrow due to no marching band, and no english. Japanese is still set to go. I'll be back in troy on tuesday before 11pm at the latest.
