I'm having to change my isp. iocc is discontinuning service where I live, so signed up with Alltell this morning. Good news is that I am in their DSL area and I will hopefully be getting it in a week or so. The first year monthly cost is about $10 more than what I am paying for dial up. so not too bad IMO Yayness :)
