i just want to write some things down so i don't forget.
first i thought love was a pie, and then we figured out it's not exactly a pie, but more infinite. whole love is shaped like the infinity symbol. each part of it is connected to every other part. some parts we can distinguish are initial/physical/chemical(?) attraction, intellectual/conversational/mental connections, habitual (lifestyle) patterns, and emotional compatibility. and when one section is fuller or stronger, it pulls the others tighter. and i think spirituality is a part of all of those sections; it bonds them all together. i guess what i'm getting at is not that these are necessarily requirements of love, but more of an explanation for it. and then there's also absolute love vs. universal love and there's more detail, but i'm not going into it at all. and emotional baggage is a web...every time you add another occurence, another event, another person, another relationship, every other part of the web changes and shifts and it's all connected and every time you add something, it becomes more and more complicated until you can't keep track of what's what and why you feel the way you do or why you react in certain ways...and it just makes so much sense...this is completely a shorthand version of everything we talked about...

and i think i just came up with the idea for my next tattoo.
