so here i go again using my journal as a soap box:
i just read someones AIM info (i wont disclose the name, if it is you, i apologize)
quoting, or atleast partially quoting V for Vendetta
but i dont remember this part of it in the movie (if it is) im assuming it was a less-than-thought-out attack at "hippies" prediliction to dancing and that it was added

ANYWAYS,
it says "a revolution with dancing isnt a revolution worth having"
and i say, fuck you!
its the only revolution worth having
its like Nietzsche wrote (though i know youre unfamiliar and wouldnt believe in this kind of God/Divine Being/Creator either)
"i could only believe in a God that dances"
what more demonstration of freedom and individuality and unrestraint do you want?
(obviously he could only believe something that at its core was emboding those ideals)
dancing is, and has always been the ultimate expression of those concepts
because it is only concerned with its aesthetically pleasing consequences (not simply appearence, but aesthetic in the sense of beyond logic/thought/proof/ethics, endorsing intuition and feeling)

so i say DANCE!MOTHER FUCKERS
live and be ourselves...lets feel the music and pay no attention to anything else
dancing is the affirmation of life, what more could revolutionary can you get?
we should all demand the time and freedom to dance at our will
ive never seen a pig who liked to dance...ever
and you cannot dance and be angry at the same time

In the name of freedom and revolution
i encourage everyone to dance, together, alone, to the wind, to cries, to moans, on the ground, on floor, on your feet, around a fire, around a room, or around each other, underwater, on the water, or in the rain.

anything that discourages that is bullshit.
