Permissions for Persona usage
So, Fuuka has a Persona ability that lets her basically scan everything and everyone in her very loose general vicinity (as in, if you're in the same city as her it counts). While it should really only be applicable when she has it summoned, when she does it's pretty much the same as Scan or Analyze or etc. in any RPG, and she'll know a number of things about any person that is in this very wide range should her attention be called upon them.
Thus, permissions meme for her to avoid any unwanted info-modding, so below is anything you don't mind Fuuka sensing if you come across her when she's in hyperscan mode. :P It'll take her more time to find out more specific info about people though, so she won't necessarily know this stuff immediately.
((1. Does your character have any special powers/magic/abilities/strengths that a 'normal' person wouldn't have? Are they non-human inherently, and any particular attributes about this?))
((2. Do they have weaknesses to certain kinds of attacks? i.e. in her game she can tell if an enemy is weak to slash vs. pierce vs. strike etc. physical attacks or supernatural attacks like elements))
((3. How is their normal physical state going around? Fairly lively and healthy, anemic, perpetual state of fatigue, etc.?))
She can also communicate from a distance, while not actually telepathic, it's like a sorta supernatural invisible walkie talkie ability. It sounds like she's just talking to you, but it's more echo-y and perhaps those inclined that way could sense the sound has a mystical/supernatural/not-your-normal-sound-source tone to it.

Just to clarify -- she doesn't actually enter anybody's mind to communicate, in fact her voice may well be actually audible, since it can be heard by a group together. Thus, she can't read thoughts; the farthest she can go is check your pulse/life energy, see if there's something affecting you that shouldn't be. So she can tell if you're being mind-controlled or otherwise mentally compromised; canonically, this means sensing if a character is Charmed (attacking teammates ftl?), Panicked, Frightened etc. which all have status effects.
((4. Is there any problem with Fuuka talking to your character in this manner if they come across her? She could probably sense if the person would really freak out about it anyway and would thus refrain from doing so all of a sudden, so this is good for mun to know as well.))
I have no idea if any of this would be problematic for anybody, but I figured being too thorough was better than being lacking. I still might have forgotten something, so I may add to this thing later, but either way I'll have no problem being contacted (via IM if I'm on, or by PMs or comments on her LJ if I'm not) if there's any concerns regarding Fuuka's powers reading your character. :)
